Rubber roller is made of Chinese Standard chloroprene rubber, nitril rubber, silica gel, polyurethane, natural rubber and etc.. It has colors in black, bright red, pale red, brick red, orange, green, white and so on, which can also be customerized. Products are featured of hard wearing, oil proof, corrosion resistant and over 200℃ of high temperature resistance.

Rubber rollers are divided into four categories:
1. Live roller. Used for transmitting in various glass floating line.
Live roller consists of nylon, polyurethane, rubber band, hard plastic pipe shroud, glass fiber, and conjunction of steel axis. Can be customerized.
2. Live roller, driving rubber roller for plane tempering furnace. It adopts nitril rubber, polyurethane, natural rubber and EPDM rubber. Thickness of rubber: 3mm-10mm; Diameter: 36mm-80mm. It is featured of oil proof, hard wearing, and over 200℃ of high temperature resistance at the entrance.
3. Red rubber roller for hot press. Red rubber roller for 1500/1800/2000/2200 hot press is mainly made of Chinese Standard rubber, nitril rubber, chloroprene rubber, natural rubber and etc.. It is able to resist abrasion, corrosion and high temperature over 200℃. Diameter: Over 75mm-150mm
4. Rubber band can be used in live roller and other supporting parts. Color: red, black, white, and green.
